Spring Onion And Olive Flat Bread

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 ml self raising flour
  • 10 ml salt
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 extra large egg
  • 125 ml milk
  • 5 spring onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200% celsius.
  • 2 sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • 3 beat egg.
  • 4 rub in butter, mix in beaten egg to form a soft dough.
  • 5 beat the second egg , then press out dough into a circle and brush with beaten egg.
  • 6 chop the spring onions, slice the garlic and halve and pit the black olives.
  • 7 sprinkle the dough with the spring onions, garlic and black olives.
  • 8 bake for 20 minutes.
