Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 loaf bread, cubed (italian loaf, works best if bread is not fresh)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 8 eggs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 1/3 cups milk or 1 1/3 cups cream
Recipe
- 1 mix eggs, honey and milk, set aside.
- 2 in 9� x 13� greased pan evenly layout out bread.
- 3 pour egg mixture over bread.
- 4 chunk up cream cheese and put on top.
- 5 cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.
- 6 in the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- 7 sprinkle light layer of sugar and cinnamon on after baking.
- 8 serve with butter and syrup.
