Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, with stems
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 slices bread, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Recipe

  • 1 wipe mushrooms with a soft cloth. remove stems and chop. saute diced onion and mushroom stems in butter until onion is translucent. add cream cheese, stir to blend. shred toasted bread and add to mixture stir to combine.
  • 2 spoon mixture into each mushroom cap. bake 375 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms are browned.
