Tally Ho Tomato Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups dry bread cubes, crusts removed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine brown sugar,tomato puree, and water.
  • 2 cook 5 minutes.
  • 3 while tomato mixture is cooking, put bread cubes in casserole and pour melted butter over.
  • 4 pour on hot tomato mixture.
