Ingredients
- 3 cups hot water, from the tap
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons liquid lecithin
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/3 cup powdered milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 7 -8 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup vital wheat gluten
- 1 -2 tablespoon instant yeast
Recipe
- 1 add ingredients in the order listed to bowl of kitchen aid or other heavy duty mixer.
