The Properly Combined Sandwhich

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat bread, slices lightly toasted
  • 1 tomato, inch thick slices
  • 1 cucumber, lengthwise slices
  • 2 avocados, slices
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 mixed sprouts
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise or 2 teaspoons mustard or 1 teaspoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine in any way.
  • 2 but recommended by the book that you only eat one a day.
