Traditional Peanut Pancake

Ingredients

- 100 g sifted plain flour (a)
- 150 ml water (a)
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast (a)
- 40 g sugar (a)
- 100 g sifted plain flour (b)
- 100 g sifted bread flour (b)
- 350 ml water (b)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (b)
- 1/4 teaspoon alkaline water (b)
- 1 egg (b)
- 200 g ground peanuts
- 100 g sugar
Recipe
- 1 in ingredients a, dissolve yeast and sugar in water and mix well with plain flour.set aside for 1 hour in warm area.
- 2 in ingredients b, combine all ingredients and add in a. mix well and set aside for 45 mins in warm area.
- 3 for the filling,mix evenly peanuts and sugar.
- 4 when the batter is done, heat lightly oiled pan(nonstick), pour the batter in to preferred thickeness and size.
- 5 when the pancake is done, sprinkle filling onto the pancake and rolled it up while its still hot.
