Two Ingredient Biscuits

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425f.
  • 2 in bowl blend the ingredients with a fork until mixed. do not over mix. you want it to just stick together.
  • 3 on a floured board roll out into 3/4 inch thick. cut biscuits with cutter [approx 12 so use a 1 inch cutter]. work the dough as little as possible.
  • 4 place on greased sheet and bake in top 3rd of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. you want light brown.
  • 5 this dough is not forgiving of overworking. you can add ingredients such as cheese or herbs or sugar/cinnamon before baking.
