Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 grease and flour bundt pan.
- 2 beat together butter and margarine.
- 3 slowly add sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
- 4 beat until creamy.
- 5 mix dry ingredients. add to batter.
- 6 batter will be thick.
- 7 spoon batter into prepared pan. sprinkle with topping.
- 8 bake at 350°f for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 9 cool. invert to serving platter. enjoy!
