Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 grease and flour bundt pan.
  • 2 beat together butter and margarine.
  • 3 slowly add sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
  • 4 beat until creamy.
  • 5 mix dry ingredients. add to batter.
  • 6 batter will be thick.
  • 7 spoon batter into prepared pan. sprinkle with topping.
  • 8 bake at 350°f for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • 9 cool. invert to serving platter. enjoy!
