Spiced Pita Cumin Crisps

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 (6 inch) pita bread, with pockets

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400-degrees f.
  • 2 stir together cumin, salt, paprika, and olive oil.
  • 3 split each pita into 2 rounds and brush the rough sides (the inside sides) with the oil mixture.
  • 4 cut the rounds into 8 pieces each, and place rough side up onto baking sheets.
  • 5 bake in 400-degree f oven until golden brown and crispy, about 8 minutes.
  • 6 cool and store in airtight containers at room temperature. keeps about 5 days.
