- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup butter (melted)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients until blended. divide into lightly greased muffin cups (mini or regular size).
- 2 bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- 3 *25 minutes are for mini muffins filled to the top so if you fill regular muffin to top it will probably take a bit longer. just keep an eye on them.
- 4 best served warm.
