Stuffed Bread

Ingredients

- 1 loaf french bread
- 12 ounces swiss cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon diced onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 (8 ounce) cans mushrooms (can use up to 3 cans)
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Recipe
- 1 score bread crosswise.
- 2 stuff with cheese.
- 3 melt butter and mix with onion, salt, mustard and lemon juice - pour over bread.
- 4 drain mushrooms.
- 5 add finely chopped mushrooms stuffing over cheese.
- 6 sprinkle with poppy seed.
- 7 wrap in aluminum foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
