Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 16 large fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
  • 2 wipe mushrooms with damp towel until clean. pat dry. remove stems, trim caps and finely chop stems.
  • 3 combine chopped stems, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. mound into mushroom caps. place into prepared pan. dot with butter.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through and lightly browned.
