Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 16 large fresh mushrooms 
 
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 
 
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 
 
- 1/2 cup butter 
 
Recipe
- 1 grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. 
 
- 2 wipe mushrooms with damp towel until clean. pat dry. remove stems, trim caps and finely chop stems. 
 
- 3 combine chopped stems, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. mound into mushroom caps. place into prepared pan. dot with butter. 
 
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through and lightly browned.
