Toni's Sugar Free Apple Sauce Quick Bread

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup quick cooking oat meal
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar substitute
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (i used extra virgin)
  • 1/4 milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon good vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar, free apple-butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees . combine all dry ingredients mix well . in a separate bowl . mix wet ingredients in another bowl then combine the wet with the dry . mix gently and avoid over mixing as this will make your bread tough. spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with your preferred non stick cooking spray .then pour in your batter and bake for approximately 50 minutes or just until a tooth pick comes out clean.
