Toni's Sugar Free Apple Sauce Quick Bread

Ingredients

- 1 cup quick cooking oat meal
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar substitute
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil (i used extra virgin)
- 1/4 milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon good vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups sugar, free apple-butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees . combine all dry ingredients mix well . in a separate bowl . mix wet ingredients in another bowl then combine the wet with the dry . mix gently and avoid over mixing as this will make your bread tough. spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with your preferred non stick cooking spray .then pour in your batter and bake for approximately 50 minutes or just until a tooth pick comes out clean.
