The Ultimate Rib Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 rack of ribs
- barbecue sauce
- 1/2 vidalia onion
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (more if desired)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 loaf ciabatta, size of the rack of ribs
Recipe
- 1 take rack of ribs and remove membrane from back.
- 2 make slices on the under side of ribs along the length of the bones to allow bone removal after cooking.
- 3 cook ribs as desired.
- 4 carefully remove bones while keeping rack intact, if necessary recut underside along bones.
- 5 carmalize onions in a sautee pan.
- 6 mince garlic and combine with melted butter.
- 7 slice ciabatta loaf in half sandwhich style and brush bread with garlic butter and lightly toast under broiler.
- 8 carefully place rack of ribs on top of the bottom piece of bread.
- 9 on top half place onions and cheese.
- 10 broil in oven until cheese is melted.
- 11 serve and enjoy!
