Ingredients
- 4 cups flour

- 6 medium shark fillets (shark or any mild firm fish)
- 2 medium lemons
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons minced chives or 2 tablespoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper sauce
- 2 medium eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
Recipe
