Tempting Chocolate Chip Shortbread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chip

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350º.
  • 2 combine butter and sugar in large mixer bowl.

  • 8 bake 35 to 45 minutes or until edges just begin to brown.
  • 9 if browning too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.
  • 10 cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
  • 11 cut into bars while still warm.
