Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar together.
- 2 mix eggs, milk and vanilla.
- 3 sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- 4 to the butter and sugar add egg liquid a little at a time, alternating with the flour mixture.
- 5 mix thoroughly.
- 6 turn into greased pan and bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
- 7 cut into squares and butter while hot.
