The Very Best Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • 1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces green chilies, drained and diced
  • 8 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, partially cooked and drained

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except only 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese.
  • 2 spread into a shallow baking dish.
  • 3 sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
  • 4 bake, uncovered, 30 minutes until bubbly.
  • 5 serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted sliced bread.
