The Very Best Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced 
 
- 1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise 
 
- 4 ounces green chilies, drained and diced 
 
- 8 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, grated 
 
- 3/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated 
 
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt 
 
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, partially cooked and drained 
 
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except only 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese. 
 
- 2 spread into a shallow baking dish. 
 
- 3 sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. 
 
- 4 bake, uncovered, 30 minutes until bubbly.
