Special Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 12 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 6 lettuce leaves

Recipe

  • 1 in a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
