Spinach-stuffed Bell Peppers

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen spinach souffle, thawed (stouffer's brand)
  • 1/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 small sweet red peppers, cut in half lengthwise and seeded
  • grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine spinach souffle and breadcrumbs; spoon into pepper halves.
  • 2 place in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
