Strawberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 20 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed, reserve liquid (if mixture looks dry, add some liquid)
- 4 extra large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar (can mix brown and )
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 combine and stir the strawberries, eggs and oil.
- 2 sift the dry ingredients together.
- 3 add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir to blend. (if the mixture is too dry, add some of the reserved liquid).
- 4 stir in the nuts and raisins.
- 5 pour into a large, greased and floured tube pan. bake in a 350f oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until a tester comes out clean.
- 6 cool on a rack. cut the bread when it is cool-the following day is fine.
