Teddybears Easy Honey And Walnut Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 250 g self raising flour
- 175 g margarine, softened (or butter)
- 115 g caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons clear honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 orange, zest of, grated
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 160c and grease and line an 18cm cake tin with baking paper.
- 2 place all ingredients in a bowl and beat with electric beater until light and fluffy.
- 3 turn into prepared cake tin and bake for about 45-60 minutes or intil firm to the touch and skewer comes out clean.
- 4 cool in the cake tin for 10 minutes then turn on a wire rack to cool.
- 5 drizzle with honey to serve.
