Ingredients

- 1 kg potato, boiled & mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 (440 g) can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup light olive oil
Recipe
- 1 lightly sautee onions in melted butter.
- 2 mix potato, onion, and salmon together.
- 3 form into patties, roll each pattie in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- 4 pan fry in olive oul, until golden brown on each side.
