Scalloped Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 1/2 lbs fresh mushrooms (washed, drained,sliced)
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups soft french breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 place 1/3 of the mushrooms in a buttered 2 quart baking dish.
- 2 cover with 1/3 of the bread crumbs.
- 3 drizzle 1/3 of the butter over crumbs.
- 4 sprinkle with salt& pepper.
- 5 repeat another layer with another 1/3 of each.
- 6 for top layer, cover with remaining mushrooms, salt& pepper.
- 7 cover and bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
- 8 mix remaining butter and crumbs.
- 9 spoon over mushrooms.
- 10 bake uncovered 10 minutes more.
