Spinach Salad

Ingredients

- 1 bunch fresh spinach leaves
- 8 -10 small radishes, extra crispy
- 2 -5 green onions, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 6 -10 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup light oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 toss chopped spinach and onions with thinly-sliced radishes and water chestnuts top with crumbled bacon slices.
- 2 in dressing bottle, shake dressing ingredients together, and drizzle over salad.
- 3 serve with crunchy breadsticks or hot cornbread, for a special summer meal in itself.
