Spinach Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (6 ounce) package frozen spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ounces chevre cheese
  • 2 ounces fresh mushrooms
  • 4 -6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch marjoram
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 1/2 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 thaw spinach in microwave according to package directions.
  • 2 chop mushrooms and saute lightly in a little butter.
