Teddy Bear Rolls

Total Time: 2 hrs 57 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs 40 mins Cook Time: 17 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (1/4 ounce) dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 1/2-6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 20 raisins
  • decorators frosting

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl,dissolve yeast in water.
  • 2 add milk, sugar, oil, egg, salt and 4 cups of flour; beat until smooth. add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
  • 3 turn onto a floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minute.

  • 15 1 cup butter, softened.
  • 16 1/4 cup honey.
  • 17 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar.
  • 18 beat till fluffy. chill.
