Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground dark turkey meat
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mushroom
- 1/2 cup diced onion
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees. in a large bowl, mix all ingredients and put into a loaf pan. back for 45 minutes.
