Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon dry milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients into bread maker.
- 2 set bread machine to "dough" method.
- 3 when cycle is done, break dough into 12 balls. smooth and place on baking sheet.
- 4 let rise to desired size, 15-30 minutes.
- 5 bake in preheated 350 oven for 15-18 minutes.
- 6 remove rolls from oven. butter tops of rolls while still warm.
