Rolls

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients into bread maker.
  • 2 set bread machine to "dough" method.
  • 3 when cycle is done, break dough into 12 balls. smooth and place on baking sheet.
  • 4 let rise to desired size, 15-30 minutes.
  • 5 bake in preheated 350 oven for 15-18 minutes.
  • 6 remove rolls from oven. butter tops of rolls while still warm.
