- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 scallion, chopped
- pepper, to taste
- tomato, sliced

Recipe
- 1 mix together 1 tablespoon of the hummus with the tuna, sour cream, scallion, and pepper.
- 2 spread the rest of the hummus inside the pita.
- 3 add a layer of tomato slices.
- 4 place the tuna mixture inside the pita.
- 5 enjoy!
