Spaghetti Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups bread flour
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in warm water.
- 2 add sugar, salt, cheese, seasoning, oil and flour.
- 3 stir & add additional flour as needed to form a soft dough.
- 4 turn onto a floured surface & knead until smooth & elastic.
- 5 place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease all sides of dough.
- 6 cover & let rise until double.
- 7 punch down and turn onto floured surface.
- 8 shape into loaf & place in a greased 5x9x3" loaf pan.
- 9 cover & let rise until double.
- 10 bake @350 (preheated) for 35-40 minutes.
- 11 cooking time includes the rising of the dough.
