Spaghetti Bread

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups bread flour

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • 2 add sugar, salt, cheese, seasoning, oil and flour.
  • 3 stir & add additional flour as needed to form a soft dough.
  • 4 turn onto a floured surface & knead until smooth & elastic.
  • 5 place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease all sides of dough.
  • 6 cover & let rise until double.
  • 7 punch down and turn onto floured surface.
  • 8 shape into loaf & place in a greased 5x9x3" loaf pan.
  • 9 cover & let rise until double.
  • 10 bake @350 (preheated) for 35-40 minutes.
  • 11 cooking time includes the rising of the dough.
