Toasted Coconut Bread

Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded toasted coconut 
 
- 2 cups flour 
 
- 1 tablespoon baking powder 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
 
- 3/4 cup sugar 
 
- 1 cup milk 
 
- 1 egg, well beaten 
 
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil 
 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla 
 
Recipe
- 1 combine all dry ingredients. 
 
- 2 in a seperate bowl, mix milk, egg, oil and vanilla together. 
 
- 3 add to dry ingredients. 
 
- 4 stir until blended. 
 
- 5 pour into a greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pan.
