Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 turkey breast, slices about 1 1/2 pounds
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 3 tablespoons parsley, fresh minced (or more)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet over medium high heat.
- 2 pound turkey to 1/4 inch thickness.
- 3 in a shallow bowl, flour, salt,and pepper.
- 4 in another bowl beat egg and water.
- 5 on a plate, combine bread crumbs with parmesan cheese.
- 6 dredge turkey in flour.
- 7 dip in egg.
- 8 then coat with bread crumbs.
- 9 fry turkey slices in butter until done and golden brown, about 7 minutes (depending on thickness).
