Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 teaspoons relish sandwich spread or 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 leaf lettuce
Recipe
- 1 toast the bread slices till slightly brown (make sure they don't become hard) coat the bread slices with mayonnaise.
- 2 fry the egg adding salt and pepper.
- 3 calories watchers can boil the egg instead of frying.
- 4 place the egg and lettuce between the two slices and enjoy!
