Southern Tea Vegetable Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 carrots, finely grated
- 1 cucumber, finely grated
- 1 bell pepper, finely grated
- 1 stalk celery, finely grated
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash horseradish
Recipe
- 1 after grating all vegetables, drain and squeeze out all the liquid you can.
- 2 mix with cream cheese.
