Southern Tea Vegetable Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 carrots, finely grated
  • 1 cucumber, finely grated
  • 1 bell pepper, finely grated
  • 1 stalk celery, finely grated
  • 1 small onion, finely grated
  • mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash horseradish

Recipe

  • 1 after grating all vegetables, drain and squeeze out all the liquid you can.
