Sugar Free Banana Bread Crumble

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, diced
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute, preferably splenda
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute, preferably splenda

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine filling ingedients except for bananas, cornstarch and water in a pot. cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes until apples are slightly soft. then add sliced bananas.
  • 3 dissolve cornstarch in water and then add to filling. bring to a boil and then remove pot from the heat.
  • 4 fully combine all ingredients for topping in a small bowl.
  • 5 divide the filling between 4 greased ramekins or put it all into a greased baking dish. sprinkle crumb topping over the filling.
  • 6 bake for 20 minutes.
