Sugar Free Banana Bread Crumble

Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas, diced
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute, preferably splenda
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar substitute, preferably splenda
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine filling ingedients except for bananas, cornstarch and water in a pot. cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes until apples are slightly soft. then add sliced bananas.
- 3 dissolve cornstarch in water and then add to filling. bring to a boil and then remove pot from the heat.
- 4 fully combine all ingredients for topping in a small bowl.
- 5 divide the filling between 4 greased ramekins or put it all into a greased baking dish. sprinkle crumb topping over the filling.
- 6 bake for 20 minutes.
