Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 very ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 cups apples, diced
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 wisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
- 3 mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- 4 add applesauce, eggs, vanilla, raisins, apple, carrots and butter; mix well.
- 5 slowing add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until just blended.
- 6 lightly grease 2 loaf pans and divide mixture between the two.
- 7 bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
