Tender Popovers

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups milk, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 450*f.
- 2 in small mixer bowl beat eggs at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light yellow.
- 3 add milk, contiune beating for 1 minute to incorporate air.
- 4 by hand stir in remaining ingredients.
- 5 pour batter into greased 6 celsius popover pan or 6 custard cups.
- 6 bake for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350*f do not open oven door.
- 7 bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 8 insert knife in popover to allow steam to escape.
- 9 serve immediately.
