Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup light molasses
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 pour batter into greased loaf pan.
- 3 bake at 350 for an hour or until done.
- 4 remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
