Tastefully Simple Copycat Beer Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups self-rising flour
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 12 ounces beer
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 mix all ingredients except melted butter together-stirring just until blended.
• 3 pour into greased bread loaf pan.
• 4 spread melted butter over the top of the bread during the last 10 minutes of baking.
• 5 bake at 350°f for 1 hour.
• 6 perhaps those who have complained that the bread is not the right consistancy have not been spooning the flour into their measuring cups or have been over stirring the batter?
