Tsr Version Of Ruby Tuesday Thai Phoon Shrimp By Todd Wilbur

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce (sambal sauce)
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • vegetable oil (for deep frying)
  • 30 medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined

Recipe
