Ingredients

- 2 lbs fresh pollock fillets
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425°f.
- 2 lightly coat baking dish with cooking spray.
- 3 rinse and pat dry fillets.
- 4 put in baking dish.
- 5 combine mayonnaise, old bay seasonings, pepper, and vinegar, spread mixture evenly over the top of the fillets.
- 6 sprinkle with bread crumbs, and lightly drizzle with lemon juice.
- 7 bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until fish is and flakey.
