The Best Baked Fish In Town

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs fresh pollock fillets
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425°f.
  • 2 lightly coat baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 3 rinse and pat dry fillets.
  • 4 put in baking dish.
  • 5 combine mayonnaise, old bay seasonings, pepper, and vinegar, spread mixture evenly over the top of the fillets.
  • 6 sprinkle with bread crumbs, and lightly drizzle with lemon juice.
  • 7 bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until fish is and flakey.
  • 8 serve with steamed vegetables and enjoy.
