Savory Sourdough Curry Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup low-fat powdered milk
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dill
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons curry powder, i use a mild one, might want to adjust if yours is strong
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (or feta or shredded cheddar)
Recipe
- 1 mix wet and dry separately, then combine quickly. do not overmix.
- 2 pour into greased muffin tins or line in paper. bake at 375f for 30 minute.
