Suzie's Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 4 lbs red potatoes
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 pinch marjoram
- 1/2 cup coarse breadcrumbs
- 2 -3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 cook potatoes in boiling water until softened, drain and peel potatoes.
- 3 in a bowl combine potatoes, cream cheese, butter and sour cream.
- 4 mash until smooth and creamy.
- 5 mix in green onion , parsley and marjoram.
- 6 salt and pepper to taste.
- 7 butter a 9x11 pan and pour potato mixture into prepared pan.
- 8 sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of casserole and bake in 400f oven for 20-25 minutes.
