Three Cheese Egg Fondue

Ingredients

- 6 eggs, well-beaten
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- salt
- pepper
- cubes french bread, for serving
Recipe
- 1 warm eggs over very low heat.
- 2 when eggs are beginning to set, add butter in small pieces.
- 3 when butter is melted, add cheeses and wine.
- 4 add salt and pepper.
- 5 stir until thickened and creamy.
- 6 serve with bread cubes for dipping.
