Three Cheese Egg Fondue

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 6 eggs, well-beaten
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1 cup grated swiss cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cubes french bread, for serving

Recipe

  • 1 warm eggs over very low heat.
  • 2 when eggs are beginning to set, add butter in small pieces.
  • 3 when butter is melted, add cheeses and wine.
  • 4 add salt and pepper.
  • 5 stir until thickened and creamy.
  • 6 serve with bread cubes for dipping.
