Three-seed Whole Wheat Bread (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon gluten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 1/2 t. bread machine yeast)
- 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Recipe
- 1 add the ingredients, except for the seeds, in the pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions.
- 2 set crust on medium and program for the basic or whole wheat cycle; press start.
- 3 when the machine beeps, or between knead 1 and knead 2, add all the seeds.
- 4 when the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
- 5 let cool to room temperature before slicing.
