Three-seed Whole Wheat Bread (bread Machine)

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gluten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 1/2 t. bread machine yeast)
  • 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Recipe

  • 1 add the ingredients, except for the seeds, in the pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions.
  • 2 set crust on medium and program for the basic or whole wheat cycle; press start.
  • 3 when the machine beeps, or between knead 1 and knead 2, add all the seeds.
  • 4 when the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
  • 5 let cool to room temperature before slicing.
