Rum Muffins

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 2 cups bisquick baking mix
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons rum flavoring
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Recipe

• 1 in a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except brown sugar. beat for 1/2 minute.
• 2 fill 12 greased medium muffin cups 2/3 full.
• 3 sprinkle tops with brown sugar.
• 4 bake 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
• 5 serve warm.
