Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and pour into greased pan. (best if made in a cast iron skillet).
- 2 bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown on top.
