Sour Cream Cornbread

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and pour into greased pan. (best if made in a cast iron skillet).
  • 2 bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown on top.
