- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 toast bread crumbs in olive oil in a frying pan over low heat until lightly browned~note~ make sure you stir constantly to prevent burning!
- 2 remove from heat and add sugar.
- 3 sprinkle over cooked spaghetti.
